With more than 5,800 stores, 7-ELEVEN is the largest convenience-store chain in Taiwan.
The Open Point app is the perfect tool for 7-ELEVEN to engage with its customers, from sharing upcoming events and promotions to supporting payment methods and more. Using the agile methodology, Pilotfish completed the design and implementation of the app, which consists of more than 1,300 pages, in four months.
The scope of this project was huge, exciting and complex, and it had a tight deadline. One of the biggest challenges was to design an interface that smoothly guides users through more than 80 functions in the app. In addition to the design of the Open Point app, Pilotfish also acted as a consultant and advised 7-ELEVEN on how to match the app’s design with their current strategy.
