After thoroughly researching the core characteristics and philosophy of Harman Kardon’s line of Infinity audio equipment, Pilotfish reinterpreted the brand’s legacy to design and develop an innovative movement structure to improve sound quality.

While working in close collaboration with Harman Kardon’s in-house team, Pilotfish played a highly active role in all aspects of the Harman Infinity Reference Flex’s design process. We oversaw everything from developing the concept and creating the CMF (color, material and finish) strategy to the physical manufacturing and quality control tests.
Recognised with an iF Award for Design Excellence, the resulting product can replace a car’s standard factory subwoofer, taking the driving experience to a new level.
