Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Developing and safeguarding the design vision throughout the entire product development lifecycle (visuals, UX and ID)
  • Leading client workshops for ideation and product definition
  • Developing and presenting product visuals to communicate concepts
  • Shaping products in sketch, physical mock-ups, and CAD
  • Conduct user research & user interviews to validate product concepts
  • Identifying technical risks and developing proof of concepts to mitigate them

Your profile:

  • First and foremost, we are looking for doers. Taking initiative and responsibility must be in your DNA.
  • Starting with an abstract idea to craft concepts and shape products is your absolute comfort zone
  • Understanding of the product development process, ideally for electronic devices
  • Diploma or master’s degree in a design field, or currently studying
  • Strong 3D CAD skills and hands-on prototyping ability
  • Portfolio with physical product projects, preferably in medtech, wearables, or consumer electronics
  • Excellent communication skills in English

We specialize in Industrial & UX design, engineering, and production of professional and medical equipment, collaborating with industry leaders like BMW, Medtronic, and Siemens. Our focus is on creating functional, regulatory-compliant medical devices and software that enhance workflows and user experience.

The Role

We are looking for a Junior User Researcher with a background in psychology, behavioural science or experimental research. You will take practical responsibility for recruiting participants, coordinating facilities and study logistics, conducting research and analysing results in Lisbon Portugal.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop recruitment plans based on the user profiles required for each study.
  • Find and recruit professionals, customers, patients, consumers and other specialist participants.
  • Build relationships with clinics, laboratories, companies, recruitment partners and research facilities.
  • Communicate study requirements, obtain quotations and coordinate access, equipment, rooms and availability.
  • Screen candidates, manage schedules and maintain regular communication with participants and facilities.
  • Track recruitment progress and identify gaps in roles, experience, geography or product use.
  • Coordinate consent forms, confidentiality documents, incentives, travel and session logistics.
  • Prepare and conduct interviews, observations, usability studies and experiments.
  • Design questionnaires, protocols and data-collection materials.
  • Perform statistical analysis using SPSS, R, Excel or similar tools.
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative findings into clear recommendations and reports.
  • Keep clients and internal teams informed about recruitment progress, risks and study readiness.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, behavioural science, product design or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of research methods, experimental design and statistics.
  • Experience recruiting participants or coordinating human-participant research.
  • Confident contacting organisations, facilities and specialist professionals.
  • Persistent, resourceful and comfortable managing many practical details.
  • Skilled in SPSS, R, Excel or comparable analytical tools.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Experience with usability research, international recruitment, healthcare studies or regulated products is an advantage but not essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and shadow the Sales Director in all sales and organisational tasks.
  • Take notes, transcribe, and structure content from meetings, Teams calls, and workshops.
  • Manage CRM and outbound activities via HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkMatch.
  • Prepare outreach lists, track follow-ups, and help triple our daily outbound efforts.
  • Monitor and report on outbound effectiveness
  • Use AI, Excel, and planning tools to optimise workflows and improve communication.
  • Ensure digital and document organisation within Office 365 and shared systems.
  • Contribute to marketing activities and help bridge creative and commercial teams.

Who you are

  • A structured, tech-savvy, and curious student (Bachelor or Master level).
  • Comfortable supporting a busy senior leader and working independently
  • Skilled in Office 365, Excel, HubSpot, LinkedIn tools, and open to learning AI platforms
  • Fluent in English (Dutch or German is a plus)
  • You are interested in sales, innovation, and organizational transformation
