Berlin

We support our customers by developing small and fragile conceptual ideas into mass-produced products. As a designer, your role will be to act as the creative lead for a project, by incubating ideas, developing a design vision and shaping the products from the ground up. In the later phases of the product development, you will support our technical ID team, as well as our mechanical engineering team by aligning the product development with the original design vision.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Developing and safeguarding the design vision throughout the entire product development lifecycle (visuals, UX and ID)
  • Leading client workshops for ideation and product definition
  • Developing and presenting product visuals to communicate concepts
  • Shaping products in sketch, physical mock-ups, and CAD
  • Conduct user research & user interviews to validate product concepts
  • Identifying technical risks and developing proof of concepts to mitigate them
Your profile:
  • First and foremost, we are looking for doers. Taking initiative and responsibility must be in your DNA.
  • Starting with an abstract idea to craft concepts and shape products is your absolute comfort zone
  • Profound knowledge of the creative product development process
  • A strong 3D skillset
  • Diploma or master’s degree in a design field

PILOTFISH, an award-winning international design and innovation agency, is looking for a proactive, digitally fluent, and organized Sales & Executive Assistant Intern to support our Sales Director in the Amsterdam office.

About the role
You’ll act as the right hand — and digital wingman/woman — to our sales Director, who co-founded PILOTFISH 25 years ago and drives our transformation toward a more connected, data-driven, and network-based organisation.

Your role is to help structure the daily rhythm, handle digital tools, and make sure conversations, follow-ups, and outreach efforts turn into tangible progress. This is not a coffee-fetching internship — it’s a close, fast-learning collaboration at the intersection of strategy, sales, and organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and shadow the Sales Director in all sales and organisational tasks.
  • Take notes, transcribe, and structure content from meetings, Teams calls, and workshops.
  • Manage CRM and outbound activities via HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkMatch.
  • Prepare outreach lists, track follow-ups, and help triple our daily outbound efforts.
  • Monitor and report on outbound effectiveness
  • Use AI, Excel, and planning tools to optimise workflows and improve communication.
  • Ensure digital and document organisation within Office 365 and shared systems.
  • Contribute to marketing activities and help bridge creative and commercial teams.

Who you are

  • A structured, tech-savvy, and curious student (Bachelor or Master level).
  • Comfortable supporting a busy senior leader and working independently
  • Skilled in Office 365, Excel, HubSpot, LinkedIn tools, and open to learning AI platforms
  • Fluent in English (Dutch or German is a plus)
  • You are interested in sales, innovation, and organizational transformation

PILOTFISH AMSTERDAM is looking for a Sales Intern to supports the marketing and sales team with a strong focus on outreach, pitching, and deal-making in the Amsterdam-based network ecosystem

Role overview

We are looking for an energetic, open, and hands-on young individual who enjoys talking to people, asking sharp questions, and turning conversations into opportunities. You work closely with the Sales Director in the Amsterdam office, helping to prepare, present, and follow through on sales activities across fairs, events, and client meetings.

Key activities

  • Prepare sales materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case highlights, and follow-up summaries tailored to prospects
  • Join local, regional, and national fairs, networking events, start-up gatherings, and incubator meetups
  • Actively approach people at events, start conversations, and explain what PILOTFISH does in a clear and engaging way
  • Identify potential leads at events, collect contact details, and ensure they are recorded and followed up in the sales pipeline
  • Support lead qualification by mapping prospects against Pilotfish’s Ideal Customer Profiles (industry, maturity level, budget readiness, decision-making structure) and flagging high-potential opportunities for follow-up.
  • Draft and prepare quotes and proposals based on prospects input, project teams and sales team
  • Assist in closing deals by coordinating follow-up meetings, aligning stakeholders, and tracking action points and timelines
  • Support the Sales Director in daily executive sales tasks such as planning, preparing meetings, and structuring notes and next steps.

Profile

  • Extroverted, communicative, and comfortable approaching new people online and offline
  • You are a quick learner with strong interest in sales, start-up ecosystems, and innovation-driven business
  • Structured enough to turn event contacts and conversations into organized follow-ups, proposals, and opportunities
  • Bachelor or Master student in business, sales, marketing, communications, product design, or a related field
  • Minor or track in Sales, Entrepreneurship, or B2B Marketing (strong plus)
