Harm is a partner and co-founder of Pilotfish. In his 25+ years as a creative lead designer with the company, he has specialised in the automotive, logistic and medical markets and led projects for BMW, Claas, Continental, Ferrari, Moog, and Mercedes-Benz Group.

He is a requested speaker at international design conferences and a jury member of various international design competitions.
